Take Out The Samples From Supply And Send It To Lab For Testing Along With Mtr, For Indigenous Items., Co-Ordinate With Hal Inspection / Central Lab, Obtain The Mtr Disposition. Stenciling On All Items Showing Part No., Qty, Size, Gost No And Batch Number. Noting Down / Intimation Of Discrepancy On Packing List, Wherever Applicable. Re-Preservation Of Items Thoroughly As Instructed By Supervisor Appointed By Contractor. Putting Stamp / Batch Number On Packet / Tag As Applicable. Put Certificate In Polythene Bag And Tie With Respective Item Packet. Segregation Of Items Rv Wise And Note Down Mr No. In Rv Which Have Collected By Shop. Tying / Packing Of Items Along With Rv. Making Entry Of Rv Details In Rv Dispatch Register. Filing Of Documents In Respective In Master Files. Dispatch Of Items Along With Rv & Tag To Respective Holding Stores.
