    Smart Card Reader And Optical Probe To Read Data From Pre Paid Energy Meter. Specifications:Smart Card:The Smart Card Shall Conform To Iso/Iec 14443-A Standard For Contactless Communication Between The Card And Meter And Shall Have The Following Functional Features:1 Assign The Smart Card To A Customer Associate Wtih The Meter Assigned To Him By The Owner. The Smart Card Shall Be Writable/Programmable And Can Perform At Least 1,000 Write Operations. 2 Store And Transport The Meter Information To The Owner Or His Assignee And Vice Versa. 3 Record Information Regarding The Balance Available, Recharge Details, And Events That Occur Inthe Meter Like Over Loading. 4 Transfer To The Meter The New Balance Information After Payments Are Received. 5 Perform Meter Reconfiguaration. 6.Security:A The Information Contained In The Smart Card Shall Be Encrypted. B The Smart Card Shall Not Be Duplicated Or Cloned By The Customer/Agents. Note:Additional Security Features Shall Be Uploaded To The E-Portal Along With Bid Documents.
