    Tender For Overhauling And Repairing Of 5 Mva Power Transformer Make- M&B Sl. No. Pm / 2105 Of 33 / 11 Kv Sub-Station Sirgitti, Bilaspur Under City Dn-I, Cspdcl, Blaspur, Distt- Bilaspur ( Cg ) . The Following Works To Be Carried Out:- 01- Replacement Of Oil. 02- Overhauling Of Transformer By Removal Of Slugs And Washing Of Internal Part And Evacuation Of Core. 03- Inspection Of Conncetion Leads, Re-Covring Of Leads If Required. 04- Brazing Of Lead, Re-Insulating Of Connection. 05- Brazing Of Radiator. 06- Dismantling Of Tap-Changer, Repairing And Commissioning. 07- Replacement Of Oil Top Cover And Other Packing Gasket With New One By Rc-70. 08- Replacement Of Oil Seal Of Hv And Lv Bushing. 09- Replacement Of Silica Gel. 10- Filteration Of Transformer To Achieve Bdv. 11- Painting Of Trasformer. 12- Testing And Commissing Of Transformer . 13- Replacement Of Oil Gauge / Temperature Indicator If Required. 14- Painting Of X’Mer By Asian Make Smoke Gray Paint.
