As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contracting Authority Distinguishes The Basic Order And Optional Order. The Subject Of The Basic Contract Is The Purchase By The Ordering Party: • Services Of The Implementation And Configuration Of The Cloud Environment Of The Analytical Platform, • Implementation Of The Employers Personnel For 12 Months, • Service And Technical Support Services And Sla For Min. 25 Months • Finops Services For Min. 25 Months • Cloud Loans Enabling The Use Of The Cloud Environment Of The Analytical Platform For A Period Of Min. 25 Months In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party. Optional Orders Will Be: 1) Optional Order Consisting In Ordering An Additional Number Of Cloud Loans 2) Optional Order Consisting In Extending The Contract 3) Optional Order Consisting In Ordering Additional Working Hours Of Development, Technical Advice Or Support Related To The End Of The Contract.
