Tenders are invited for Proc of Cnc Plazma Axis Motor Alongwith Gear Assy etc. Closing Date: 12-May-2025 10:30:00 AM Bidder must submit the following document along with check list attached at Section C at time of submission of tender: - a. Photocopy of Registration / Pre-qualification / Indexation letter issued by HIT. b. Attested copy of Registration certificate issued by Sales Tax Department, copy of NTN certificate. c. Audit report of last 3 x FYs. d. Attested Bank Statement for last one year. e. Attested copy of CNIC of MD. f. Trade link between firm and OEM (in case of distributor / agent). g. Certificate on a judicial paper worth Rs 100 duly attested by Oath Commissioner that firm is neither defaulter nor blacklisted by any Govt Org directly or indirectly. h. Detail of list of contracts last 3 x FYs / works experience with Govt / Semi Govt Org. i. Copy of registration letter with Govt / Semi Govt organization (if any). j.
