Tenders are invited for Renew the System Called FASO Whose Purpose is to Edit Work Request Orders for People Who have to Work on the CSG Space Base. Renewal of the Work Request Orders. CNES-CSG intends to renew the system called FASO whose purpose is to edit work request orders for people who have to work on the CSG Space base. Those work orders are generated from the scheduling and planning tool. Currently, the system is physically disconnected from the planning tool. This enforce manual exports to specific physical stations located at some specific places where each person who is supposed to work on the Space base will retrieve its work order. When the job is finished, the reporting has to be manually done within the planning tool. The purpose of the project is to : Automate both import of the work orders and export when the job is completed Allow all industrial partners or temporary workers to access those workorders despite the fact that they are not known on the CNES active directory Allow access to those work orders from mobile devices to facilitate the on site interventions Delivery will consist in the new FASO system.
