The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Consultant To Assess The Conformity Of An Investment Project And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision According To Art. 166-168 Of The Spatial Planning Act For The Site Upgrading Of An Existing Municipal Composting Installation With Improvement/Modernization Of The Recycling Technology Of Separately Collected Biodegradable Household Waste, Pleven Public Procurement Includes The Following Basic Two Activities: Activity 1. Preparation Of A Comprehensive Evaluation Report Of The Investment Project, Including Technical Design, Including The Technical Design. 169, Para. 1, Item 6 And Assessment Of The Conformity Of The Part Structural. Activity 2. Exercise Construction Supervision According To Art. 168 Of The Spa. Preparation Of A Technical Passport Of The Site, In Accordance With Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Spa. The Scope And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Described In The Technical Specification.
