Electricity - Delivery Of Net Electricity And The Choice Of Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For Objects Of Tutrakan Municipality. Selection Of A Net Active Electricity Supplier From A Standard Balancing Group Coordinator, Full Administration Of The Eso Information Flow And The Cost Of Unbalanceds, For The Needs Of Tutrakan Municipality Sites. The Sites Are Listed List - Annex 1 To The Documentation. The Delivery Time Is 36 (Thirty -Six) Months And Begins To Run From The First Of The Month Following The Receipt Of A Written Notification, By Which The Contractor Confirms The Registration Of The Contractor Of The Free Electricity Market With An Option To Extend The Contract By Not More Than 12 Months. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Is 3560 Mwh, Including: Delivery Of 2660 Mwh During The Performance Of The Contract For A Period Of 36 Months And 900 Mwh For The Performance Of An Option For Extension Of The Contract On The Grounds Of Art. The Contracting Authority Provides For An Option To Extend The Contract On The Grounds Of Art. In The Event That He / She Decides To Take Advantage Of The Option, The Contracting Authority, Not Later Than Two Months Before The Expiry Of The Contract, Shall Notify The Contractor In Writing Of The Inclusion Of The Option And The Term For Which The Contract Is Extended. The Contracting Authority Pays The Actual Amount Of Active Electricity, Monthly, At A Price For 1 Mwh, Formed By The Average Monthly Price For 1 Mwh Net Active Electricity Of Bnb Plus The Price Per Supplement For Administration Of Delivery For 1 Mwh (According To The Contractors Bid, The Price Does Not Include The Price Society , Network Fees And Other Payments Set By Eso And/Or The Relevant Network Operator And/Or Regulatory Authorities. The Sites Of The Municipality Of Tutrakan And Its Structural Units Should Be Included In A Balancing Group, Without The Balancing Group Additionally Charges For Excess And Shortage Of The Unbalances. During Delivery, The Continuity Of Electricity Supply Should Be Ensured And Electricity Of Quality And In Order Should Be Supplied, In Accordance With The Energy Relations Related To The Supply Of Electricity (Including The Peos) And The Rules (Pee), And The Rules (Pee), And The Balancing Group Coordinator Contractor Should Take Responsibility For Balancing, To Include The Contracting Authority In The Balancing Energy Market As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group Without Paying A Fee For Participation.
