The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Government Road Development Fund. 8. The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Swz) And In The Attachments To It, In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Project Documentation And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer. 9. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract And Remove All Defects For Full Compliance With Swz Entries. 10. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Conducted In Accordance With The Material And Financial Schedule And Applicable Regulations, Standards And Technical Knowledge Principles, As Well As Due Diligence. 11.
