Part I -(Id 1686) Reconstruction Of The Ditch On Plots No. 429, 408, 409 In Krzyżanowice The Subject Of The First Part Of The Public Contract Is The Performance Of Works And Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Ditch On Plots No. 429, 408, 409 In Krzyżanowice (Id 1686), Including The Performance Of All The Work Described In The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract: Technical Specifications And Acceptance Of Works And In The Previous Work, Which From A Technical Point Of View Are Necessary For The Proper Performance And Commissioning Of The Task In Question. The Task Includes, Among Others, The Creation Of Slopes - The Slope Along The Road And The Slope At The Pass: • Import Of The Mixture For Stabilization Of The Land, • Transport Of Building Materials, • Forming And Compaction Of The Sealed Embankments, • Sloping Of The Edges Of Rivers, Canals And Ditches, • Slopes, • Humusing Of Slopes With Sowing, • Manual Mocking Of Lichen From The Slopes Of Ditches, Crowns And Embankments Slopes, • Manual Removal Of Sore -Water, • Cleaning Of Pipe Culverts, • Demolishing The Surface From Openwork Plates, • Strengthening Of The Slopes And The Bottom Of Prefabricated Openwork Plates, In The Scope Of The Contractor, The Contractor Should Perform All Other Works And Actions. Necessary For The Proper Implementation And Use Of The Task Entrusted To Him, Resulting From Projects, Arrangements And Permits Or Applicable Provisions Of Polish Law And In Accordance With The Art Of Construction. The Contractor Will Perform All Activities Related To Compliance With Health And Safety Rules And Maintaining Order At The Construction Site And Safety (Ohs And Brd Activities); Will Perform All The Necessary Control Measurements Related To The Correctness Of The Works; Will Make All Industry Arrangements, Consultations, Supervisors; He Will Perform Activities Related To The Storage And Utilization Of Waste, As Well As All Other Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Task That Will Result During Its Implementation And The Commissioning Of The Task For Use. Work Should Be Carried Out As Industry Arrangements. All Costs And Fees Related To The Performance Of All Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Task, The Contractor Should Include In Their Offer. All Building Materials, The Contracting Authority Should Be Agreed Before Applying Them. The Implementation Of The Work Should Be In Particular Caution.
