The Material Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Project Documentation, Including In Particular: A) Fully Agreeing The Project With All Parties To The Design Process, Development Of A Construction Project Entitled Development Of Project And Other Documentation, Obtaining A Building Permit Decision And Performing Authors Supervision For The Task: Adjusting The Pzdw Buildings To Ensure Accessibility To People With Special Needs- Rdw Ustrzyki Dolne .B) Which Includes:- Land Development Project,- Architectural And Construction Design,- Technical Design,- Executive Design, C) Development Of Information On Safety And Health Care- 2, D) Development Of Technical Specifications For The Performance And Acceptance Of Works - 2 Copies, E) Execution Of Bill Of Quantities - 2 Copies, F) Execution Of Investor Cost Estimates - 2 Copies, G) Execution Of Offers - 2 Copies, H) Obtaining A Final Decision Of The Permission For Project Construction With Special Needs By Ensuring Architectural And Information And Communication Availability, Taking Into Account The Applicable Fire Protection Regulations, Including In Particular The Adaptation Of Bathrooms, The Use Of Driveways For The Disabled, Elevators, And Other Necessary Technical Solutions Enabling People With Special Needs To Use Without Any Obstacles From The Building, Including Allowing Navigation Inside The Building, In Particular People With Vision And Hearing.
