The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Computer Hardware With Software As Well As Peripheral Devices And Computer Components Constituting It Infrastructure For The Needs Of The Poviat Eldership In Zawiercie, I.E. :::::/:Piring Stations - Laptops 15.6 (Together With The Operating System And Office Application Package) - 48 Pcs., 2/ Work Stations - Laptops 16 (Together With The Operating System And Office Application Package) - 2 Pcs, 3/ Computer Monitors - 20 Pcs, 4/ Curved Monitor - 1 Pcs., 5/ Pivot Monitors - 3 Pcs., 6/ Printer - 1 Pcs., 7/ Hard Disk - 4 Pcs, 8/ External Drive Dvd - 2 Pcs. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Technical Parameters And Minimum Requirements Of The Employer Contains A Technical And Price Specification Form, Constituting Annex 1.1 To Swz. This Description Should Be Read Along With Any Changes To The Content Of The Specification, Which, For Example, The Result Of Answers To The Inquiries Of The Contractors. 3. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Were Described In Annex 2 To Swz - Planned Provisions Of The Future Contract. 4. Detailed Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.1/ The Contracting Authority Requires That The Offered Devices Constituting The Subject Of The Contract To The Full Material Extent: A/ To Be Factory New, Unused (They Did Not Have Signs Of Prior Use) - No Renewed, Demonstration And Release Devices Are Allowed, B/ Were Complete And Fully Functional, C/ Were Ready For Use Without Being Used, They Were Free From Physical And Legal Defects, E/ Came From The Official Manufacturers Sales Channel To The Polish Market, Represented The Current Production Line, Were Placed On The Market In Poland In Accordance With Applicable Law, F/ Met The Requirements For The Market And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland Resulting From The Currently Applicable Law, And Therefore Certificates And/ Or Declarations Of Compliance With Relevant Standards.2/ The Contracting Authority Requires That The Software Provided With The Subject Of The Contract: A/ Was Unused, Has Never Been Activated Before, B/ Came From Official Sales Channels And Distribution Of The Manufacturer To The Polish Market And Showed Elements Confirming The Legality Of Its Origin (I.E. Original Packaging, Original Carrier, License, License Etc.) C/ Was Ready For Use As Intended, Without Incurring Additional Expenditure, 3/ The Contractor Will Be Responsible For All Legal Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract, And In Particular For Any Claims Of Third Parties Arising From The Violation Of Intellectual Property Rights, Including For Non -Compliance With The Provisions Of The Act Of February 4, 1994 On Copyright And Related Rights, In Connection With The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. If Third Parties Are Managed For Legal Defects In Relation To The Employer, The Contractor Will Join The Dispute And Repair The Damage To The Ordering Party, Including Incurred A
