The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Equipment To The Kindergarten In Miejska Górka. The Task Includes The Supply Of Furniture, Multimedia Devices, Teaching Aid And Toys. The Object Of The Contract Includes In Particular:- Measuring Rooms By Nature (In A Finished State) Before Starting To Implement The Subject Of The Contract- For The Precise Determination Of The Dimensions And Method Of Assembly Of Equipment Elements,- Securing The Place Of Delivery And Assembly,- Delivery And Assembly Of Equipment,- Setting And Installing Equipment In Rooms Described In The Order Documentation,- Assembly And Installation Of Equipment- Assembly Should Be Understood As The Installation Of Complete And Ready-To-Use Furniture, Teaching Aid, Multimedia Devices And Other Equipment In The Rooms In Which They Will Be Used,- Launch With Checking The Correct Operation Of The Equipment; Battery-Powered Toys Must Be Equipped With Them And Launched On The Day Of Delivery- Providing The User With The User Manual And Maintenance, Warranty Cards And License. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Building And The Area Around It And Is Obliged To Leave It In A State Not Worse Than On The Day Of Commencement Of Delivery, Removing Any Damage, Dirt, Deportation Of Packaging, Etc. - At Its Own Expense, On Time Before Receipt. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Equipment Supplied To Be Provided:- Have Security Certificates Required By Law, Approvals Confirming Compliance With Standards In Force In The European Union; This Means That They Will Be Completely Safe And Fully Corresponded To The Requirements Of Childrens Products And Approved For Use By Children,- It Was Factory New (Did Not Come From Exhibitions Or Exhibitions), Complete And Fully Functional, Must Correspond To Qualitative And Technical Standards Resulting From Functions And Purpose, It Must Be Free Of Material, Construction, Physical And Legal Defects, It Cannot Be Burdened With Any Rights For Third Parties, Supportable For Proper Operation,- Was Approved For Trading, In Accordance With The Provisions On General Product Safety,- Had The Required Mechanical Strength And, If Necessary, The Resistance To The Load, Which Is Subjected To During Use,- Met The Requirements Of Applicable Regulations And Standards In The Field Of Fire Safety And Safety And Hygiene Of Work,- It Was Not Made Using Materials That Could Be A Threat To The Health Purpose, Use (E.G. It Presents The Minimum Required Parameters. The Resource Allows The Difference In Dimensions + / - 10%.
