The Aim Of This Framework Agreement Is To Subscribe To Offset Printing Service In The Books Of The Books Issued By The University Of Tartu. Ordering The Printing Service Refers To The Ordering Of All The Services Related To The Preparation Of The Publications, As Well As The Assembly And Delivery Of The Contracting Authority. The Delivery Expense Must Be Included In The Prices Submitted By The Contractor In The Tender Of The Mini -Competition And Will Not Be Paid Additional Expenses To The Contractor. The Performance Of The Framework Contract Is 26.07.2025 To 26.07.2029. The Start Time Of The Framework Agreement Is Presumed And Is Not Legally Binding If The Framework Contract Is Signed Later Than 26.07.2025, The Framework For The Framework Contract Shall Be Commenced As Soon As Possible And The Framework Agreement Is Valid For 48 (Forty -Eight) Months.
