The Subject Of The Public Procurement: Delivery Of Meat And Meat Products For The Needs Of Social Services On The Territory Of Svishtov Municipality With The Following Lots: Lot # 1 - Meat And Meat Of Pork And Veal; Lot 2 - Meat And Meat Works Of Chicken And Turkey Meat; Lot # 3 - Biological Foods - Chicken Meat; Lot 4 - Lamb Meat And By -Products. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: Delivery Of Meat And Meat Products For The Needs Of Social Services On The Territory Of Svishtov Municipality In Lots. Deliveries Will Be Made 2 (Two) Times A Week, Within The Established Working Hours Of The Respective Site, After Submission Of A Written Request (By E -Mail) The Previous Week, For The Required Quantities Of Products By Authorized Persons From The Said Institutions. Deliveries For The Individual Types Of Food/Goods Must Comply With The Requirements For Their Package Specified In The Technical Specifications Of The Lots. Each Delivery Must Be Certified By A Document For The Date Of Production Of The Respective Product And A Shelf Life. For All Food Products, The Quality Requirements, The Standards Of The Respective Manufacturers And The Current Normative Acts Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Eu Regulations, Regulating Production, Supply And Transport Of Foodstuffs In The Country Must Be Complied With. The Subject Of The Award Of The Present Public Procurement Are Only Separate Positions №1, №2 And №3. Participant May Submit An Offer For One, Several Or All Lots. Each Lot Is Subject To A Separate Contract For Public Procurement. Important! Participants Should Not Submit Bids In A Lot 4 - Lamb Meat And By An Estimated Amount For One Year 450 Kg. On The Grounds Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authority Will Assign A Lot 4 In The Order Provided For Its Individual Value (By Direct Award In Accordance With Article 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act). Motives: The Total Estimated Value Of The Lot 4 Is In The Amount Of Bgn 13,000.00 (Word: Thirteen Thousand) Bgn Without Vat, And Does Not Exceed Bgn 156 464. The Total Estimated Value Of The Lot 4 Is In The Amount Of Bgn 13,000.00 (Word: Thirteen Thousand) Bgn Excluding Vat, Which Is 4.47% Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Public Procurement.
