Preventive Statutory Services • Workplace Surveys And Regular Workplace Visits; . . • Employees Vaccinations In Accordance With Section 45 Of The Infectious Diseases Act To The Extent That They Are Found To Be Necessary In The Workplace Survey Due To The Characteristics Of The Workplace; • Making Proposals For Action; • Advice, Guidance And Information Provision Of An Occupational Health Doctor, Nurse, Psychologist, Physiotherapist; . • Cooperation With Labor Administration, Social Insurance And Care, Representatives Of Occupational Safety And Health Authorities, And Other Service Providers Used By The Contracting Entity; • Assessing And Monitoring The Quality And Effectiveness Of Occupational Health Care. B. • Occupational Health And Occupational Health Care Services (Also Available For Remote Reception); • Specialist Services To Determine The Treatment Options For The Treatment, Injury Or Disability Of The Employee (Preserved By The Occupational Physician) To Be Specified In The Action Plan To Be Specified In The Action Plan; • The Most Common Quick And Basic Laboratory Studies And Basic Laboratory Packages; . And • X -Ray Examinations With Radiologist Statements And Ultrasound Examinations (In The Future Of Imaging Studies) With A Referral To An Occupational Health Physician To The Extent To Be Specified In The Action Plan. Occupational Health Services Provided By The Service Provider Must Comply With The Legislation In Force At The Time And The Ministry Of Social Affairs And Health
