The Object Of The Award Procedure Is The Provision Of A Plane Intended To Obtain Lidar/Photogrammetric Data For The Supervision, Control And Monitoring Of Forests, Including The Products And Services Necessary To Operate And Operate The Aircraft As Described In The Specifications With The Following Requirements: General Data The Plane Is Intended For: • To Collect The Data With The Help Of The Aircraft And The Air. General Requirements A1 The Type Of Aircraft Proposed In The Basic Configuration Must Be Certified In Accordance With The International Aeronautical Legislation (Vfr Day And At Night) And Instrument Flight (Ifr); The Aircraft Must Be Certified According To The Easa Cs-23 Current Revision (Or Equivalent To Having An Easa Validated Type Certificate), In The Commuter Category (Bimotor); A2 The Plane Must Have An Interior Volume And A Sufficient Useful Task For The Transport Of Equipment And Navigating Staff; A3 The Plane To Present Aerodynamic Stability For The Execution Of Lidar/Aerophotogrammetric Data Collection Flights; A4 The Plane To Allow At Least The Following: • Installation Of An Air -Vocal System; • 1 (A) Work Post For The Operator Of The Aircurred System; A5 The Plane Should Be Equipped With Two Engines Using Jet A-1 Fuel. The A6 Manufacturing Date Of The Plane Should Not Be Prior To The Delivery Date By More Than 12 Months. All Aggregates And Equipment Must Be New, Without Extensions Of Resources. The Plane Will Be Delivered With The Latest Version Available By The Software. The A7 Aircraft Must Hold An Additional Type Certificate (Stc) In The Configuration With Aeropurt Sensor.
