Specifically, The Project Assignment For The Contractor To Be Contracted Is Preparing (Construction Team Phase) And Installation (Implementation Phase) Of The Public Space Around The Four Building Blocks And A City Park At The Location Of The Former (Shopping Center) Orangery. It Concerns The Preparation Of The Plan Area. Preparing For Construction (Including The Demolition Of The Existing Buildings) Is Not Part Of This Project Assignment. The Aim Is To Start The 1St Phase Of The Total Plan Stadspark Oranjerie At The End Of 2025 Or Early 2026, Which Will Last Approximately Four To Five Years. In The First Phase, The Renovation Of Existing Stores Starts, For Example, The Existing Hema On The Hoofdstraat Is Being Renovated And Made Suitable For 2 Stores That Move Here From The Existing Oranjerie Shopping Center. The Start Of The Preparations For The Stadspark In The Construction Team Are Planned From 12 August 2025. The Final Delivery Of The Stadspark Is Planned For 2030. The Task Budget For The Project (Construction Team And Realization Phase) Is 5 Million Euros.
