During The Negotiations, The Client Will Negotiate With The Approved Candidates About The Solutions And The Details Of Their Implementation Options And The Requirements And Conditions Of The Contract. During The Negotiation Procedure, The Terms Of The Contract Will Be Clarified And, At The End Of The Negotiations, The Participants Will Receive The Final Invitation To Tender.
