1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Together With The Delivery Of Teaching Aid And Equipment For The Primary School Janusz Korczak In Popów As Part Of The Project Entitled: Little Explorers. 2. Source Of Financing: Project Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027 Priority Feld.08 European Funds For Education And Staff In Łódź Action Feld.08.06 Pre-School Education. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Specification Of The Type And Number Of Assortments Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz.4. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Purchase, Loading, Transport, Unloading And Bringing An Assortment To The Indicated Rooms Of The School. All Materials Should Be Brand New, Free Of Defects, Not Bearing Signs Of External Damage And Prior Use, I.E. Any Part That Makes Up The Material Can Not Be Used Earlier, It Must Come From Current Production, Be Efficient And Have Equipment Necessary For Functional Operation. The Supplied Articles Must Be Properly Packed To Prevent Damage During Delivery. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Instructions For Ordered Goods Be In Polish. 5. All Delivered Goods Must Have Current And Appropriate Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet All Requirements Of Standards Specified In Applicable Law. 6. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordered Assortment On Its Own And At Its Own Expense To School On Business Days From Monday To Friday From 8:00 To 15:00, After Prior Agreement By Phone With The School Head. The Contractor Will Report To The Employer Or Director Of The Individual Facility At Least 2 Days Before The Planned Delivery Date. 7. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Assortment Provided During Transport. In The Event Of Damage, He Bears Full Responsibility For The Damage. 8. The Contractor Undertakes To Remove At His Own Expense Any Damage Caused By The Contractor And Formed During The Performance Of The Contract. 9. In The Event That The Products Supplied:- Are Damaged, Have Flaws Preventing Use, And These Defects And Damage Were Not Caused By The Contracting Authority Or Not Meet The Requirements Of The Employer Specified In The Attachments Or The Supplied Products Do Not Meet In Terms Of Quality, Durability, Functionality And Technical Parameters, The Contractor Exchange Them With New, Correct, At Their Own Expense. 10. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Overall Order, Including The Course And Timely Performance, Quality, Compliance With Technical, Qualitative And Applicable Provisions In This Respect. 11. The Delivered Materials Will Be Adopted By The Ordering Party. The Acceptance Report Will Be Drawn Up In Which All Comments Regarding The Supplied Material Will Be Saved. 12. Warranty: 12.1. The Contractor Will Guarantee The Entire Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of 12 Months Calculated From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Report, Except For Teachin
