Tenders are invited for Construction of the Liberia Geological Survey Building. The scope of works includes the construction of a multi-floor public facility on Capitol Hill, Monrovia, comprising a Site preparation, excavation, and structural concrete works: Masonry and block works; Roofing, plastering, and painting; Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations; Internal finishes, carpentry, and iron works. The contract duration is 24 months, covering the fiscal years 2025 and 2026. Interested eligible bidders may inspect the bidding documents at the address below from Thursday, April 17, 2025, to Tuesday, May 13, 2025, between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays or email jamtsnowea@gmail.com for inquiries. A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$ 100.00 (cash only) at the Ministrys Finance and Budget Section. Receipts must be presented to the Procurement Unit for collection. Note: Bids from entities that did not obtain bidding documents directly from the Ministry shall be disqualified.
