Tenders are invited for Social Media and Graphic Design Consultant to Support an Advocacy Campaign on Inclusive Education and Gender Equality. Closing Date: 29 Apr 2025 Type: Consultancy Themes: Education/Gender Terms of Reference: Social Media and Graphic Design Consultant to support an advocacy campaign on inclusive education and gender equality Project: Pursuing Goal 4 and Goal 5 by Empowering Feminist Youth and Leaders to Achieve Gender Equality in Education Location: Jordan Duration: Short-term consultancy (One month) Background: The Arab Women Organization (AWO) is launching an advocacy campaign Against Gender-Based Violence to advocate for inclusive education and gender equality in higher education in Jordan. This campaign aims to amplify the voices of women students, teachers, and feminist leaders, influence public discourse on educational equity, and support the development and implementation of gender-sensitive educational policies in Jordanian universities. The campaign will utilize both digital platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and printed materials, targeting the general population across all Jordanian governorates. Objectives of the Assignment: Design and implement a creative and strategic advocacy campaign that promotes inclusive education and gender equality. Support AWO in reaching at least 10,000 people online through targeted social media content and disseminating printed materials through AWOs connections. The consultant will be responsible for: Graphic Design & Content Creation Create 5 social media posts (Arabic + English) including graphics, infographics, animations or short videos, and advocacy messages. Design printed advocacy materials including: Posters, Flyers, Stickers or postcards. Provide print-ready files and coordinate with AWOs printing provider as needed. Develop a short-term social media strategy aligned with the campaign goals. Promote and schedule the campaigns posts through AWOs official social media platforms. Provide a comprehensive final report on the campaigns social media reach. Side by side, include a summary in the report on the impact, lessons learned, and recommendations. Timeline: The assignment will start in May 1st, 2025 and end on the 31st of May. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in social media campaigns, graphic design, and visual communication, preferably in the development or advocacy sector. Strong portfolio showcasing creative and socially conscious campaigns. Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Suite or equivalent).
