The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Mobile Dispenser For Distributing Radiopharmaceuticals For The Provincial Multi -Specialist Oncology And Traumatology Center. M. Copernicus In Łódź. 2. The Subject Scope Has Been Described In Detail To This Swz List Of Technical Parameters, Warranty Conditions As Well As Service And Training - Annex 2 And The Contract Template - Annex 7. 3. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Read Along With Possible Changes To The Content Of The Document, E.G. The Result Of Answers To The Contractors. 4. The Subject Delivery Is Financed As Part Of The Pn Project: Development Of Oncological Competence Centers Based On Innovative Diagnostic And Therapeutic Techniques And The Own Resources Of The Employer. 5. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Annulment Of The Contract Award Procedure In A Situation Where He Has Not Obtained The Necessary Funds For The Planned Undertaking.
