1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Expansion Of The Hydrometeorological System. The Setting Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Specified In Annex 1 To Swz.2. Pursuant To Art. 95 Paragraph 1 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Shall Employ Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of 26 June 1974. Labor Code Persons Performing Activities In The Field Of Work Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Including Persons Performing The Assembly Works Of Meteorological Stations And Visibility Sensors. Detailed Requirements For The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement Under The Employment Contract Were Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex 2 To Swz3. The Contracting Authority Does Not Provide For In The Subject Proceedings In The Scope Of Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 96 Para. 2 Point 2 Of The Public Procurement Law.
