The Municipality Of Taivalkoski Will Request Your Bid For The Municipalitys Housing And The Municipal Administration And Service Activities And Commercial Waste, Which Is Collected From The Property Together For The Purpose Of Emptying And Transporting Bio-Waste, Combustible Waste And Packaging Waste In Accordance With The Invitation To Tender And Work Program. The Waste Types Included In The Contract Are: - Bio -Waste - Plastic - Cardboard - Paper - Metal - Glass - Burnable Waste The Contract Period Is From 1.9.2025 To 30.8.2029. There Are Two (2) Options For The Contract, Which Will Be Negotiated Separately. The Contracting Entity May Also Decide On The Use Of Only One Year Of Stock Option. The Use Of The Options Shall Be Made A Separate Decision No Later Than Six (6) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period. The Contract Is Divided Into One Part According To The Appendix Map. Alternative Offers Will Not Be Accepted. The Task To Be Competitive Is Reflected In The Contract Program For The Invitation To Tender. The Contract Does Not Contain Dishes. The Contract Includes The Emptying And Washing Of The Collection Equipment, Customer Service And Billing, Collection Of Loose Waste And Waste Transport To The Customer Designated By The Subscriber. At The Beginning Of The Contract Period, The Reception Site For Bio -Waste Is Matovaaarantie 17 And For Combustible Waste Matovaarantie 17. The Contractor Of The Packaging Waste May Be Delivered To The Producer Responsibility Terminal Approved By The Producer Community. The Comparison Is Made Based On The Price. The Contract Covers The Collection Of Waste To The Extent That The Producer Does Not Arrange It. The Workload Is Measured By The Amount Of Emptying. The Drainage Intervals Of The Containers Shall Comply With The Existing Waste Management Regulations. According To The Provisions In Force At The Start Of The Contract, The Bio -Waste Container Must Be Emptied Every Four Weeks, Every Other Week In The Summer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Monitor Changes In Waste Management Regulations. Changes In Waste Management Regulations Are Not A Reason For Changing The Contract Price. The Tender May Be Rejected If The Claims Set Out In The Invitation To Tender Are Not Met Or Otherwise Does Not Correspond To The Invitation To Tender. The Offer Must Present An Action Plan, Which Shows The Transport Equipment Used And The Mention That The Contract Program Is Committed To Fully Complying With.
