Expression of Interest for Provision of Cleaning Services. The European Union Delegation is under no obligation to attribute the above-mentioned contract. Under no circumstance will the European Union Delegation be obliged to finalise a framework contract based on the expression of interest by a tenderer. This will be followed by the launch of the tender by sending the tender documents to those who have expressed interest in participating and any other tenderers selected by the Delegation.
