The Objects Subject To This Procedure Are Construction Of The Third, Fourth And/Or Fifth Category, According To The Spatial Planning Act, With Most Of The Sites Being A Third Category Construction. The Objects That Are Constructed Or Subject To Major Repairs Are For The Most Part Linear Objects Medium And Low Voltage (Air Or Cable Lines), As Well As Playground Objects (Transformer Post, Nodal Substation, Node Station).
