The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Selection Of A Contractor In The Field Of Maintenance Services For An Integrated It System Support System Based On Sap Software For Sap Software For The Jagiellonian University In Krakow (Hereinafter Referred To As: System). 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 2.1. Maintenance Services, I.E. Maintenance And Removal Of Faults (Service) Of An Integrated It System Support System For Sap -Based University Management To Ensure The Continuity Of The Correct And Trouble -Free Operation Of The System And The Useless Use Of The System By Users; As Part Of The Maintenance Service, The Contractor Will Participate In The Transfer Of Knowledge By The Previous Contractor, Indicated By The Employer And Familiarized Himself With The System And Will Provide The Service To Transfer Knowledge To The Next Contractor - In The Case Of Ordering Such Services By The Ordering Party; 2.2. Provision Of Additional Services, I.E. Development And Educational Services In A Total Number Of Up To 1500 Personnel In The Case Of Their Order By The Ordering Party, Including 100 Personnel Intended For The Provision Of Educational Services And 1,400 Personnel For The Provision Of Development Services; 2.3. Performance Of Optional Services At The Request Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The List Presented In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Template Of The Contract), Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.
