FHI360 is implementing Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC), a five-year global project funded by USG. EpiC receives COVID-19 funding to prevent, prepare for, respond to and bolster health systems to address COVID-19 and reduce cases of reemergence. Part of EpiC COVID-19 program in Nigeria is to provide high quality, medical-grade oxygen treatment in Nigeria. The scope of the project includes the installation of 10,000 Liters capacity cryogenic tank for Liquid Oxygen storage, Vacuum insulated evaporator (VIE) system and copper piping for Medical Oxygen distribution and outlet systems. The installation will be done at additional three new location namely; Murtala Mohammed Specialist Hospital Kano, Lagos State University Teaching Hospital Lagos, and University of Abuja Teaching Hospital Gwagwalada Abuja. Interested and qualified company are required to express their interest by submitting the following documents listed in Section B be below. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION The initial expression of interest must include the following items: A cover letter with clear indication of what service you can provide. A brief description of the organization, its capabilities, and its ability to provide the required work in accordance with the scope and specification as follows. Brief technical specifications for LOX Tank VIE systems and Medical Oxygen Piping and outlets systems, including relevant documentation on compliance with relevant technical and safety standards. Provide documentation on compliance with relevant technical and safety standards to mitigate environmental impact resulting from the installation of the systems. Evidence of staff with relevant industry experience and certifications/COREN Civil Engineer and any other relevant certification. Attach CVs and copies of certifications. Detailed work plan of the organization capacity to provide after sales support. Documentation of legal registration of the company. A sample of contract at least 2 contracts with similar scope and specification. Proof of previous work in Liquid Oxygen storage, VIE, and piping system installation within the last 3 years, demonstrated through copies of executed Purchase Orders, contracts or Agreements, Client-issued Job Completion Certificates, etc. Provide blueprint/drawing of system, design and images of a completed project in the last 3 years. Recommendation letter from at least two organizations attesting to Satisfactory Performance in previous and similar projects in scope and specification.
