The Lease Is Set For 16 Months. The Order Includes: 1. Rental Of The Module Units Assembly O The Assembly Will Be Made Up Of 9 Modular Containers The Units Must Meet All Construction And Technical And Hygienic Requirements For School Teaching. O Modular Units Must Be Equipped With A Heating And Cooling System Through Air Conditioning With Respect To Energy Economy. 2. Transport, Assembly And Related Construction Work O Import And Installation Of Modular Spaces To A Designated Location. On Landscaping Necessary For The Location Of Containers. On Connection To Utilities (Electricity, Water, Waste) If This Will Be Necessary For The Operation Of Modular Units. To Ensure Fire Safety Measures. 3. Documentation And Discussion With Authorities About The Situational Drawing With Connections To The Wiring In The Existing School Building. O Fire Safety Solutions According To Valid Legislation. On The Technical Report Describing The Technical Parameters Of Installed Modular Spaces. On The Message Regarding Energy Performance And Specification Type Of Connection To Engineering Networks. On Certificates And Other Documents Necessary For Approval By The Building Authority. On Ensuring Discussion With The Competent Authorities (Building Authorities, Network Administrators, Hygiene, Firefighters, Local Authority) And Obtaining The Necessary Opinions And Consents To Realize The Temporary Building 4. Insurance O Insurance Of Modular Units Against Floods And Other Natural Disasters Throughout The Rental Period. Modular Containers Will Be Installed As A Temporary Building That Is Not Subject To A Permanent Building Permit. After Completing The Emergency Situation And Moving The Teaching Back To The Normal Premises Of The Educational Facility (School), The Supplier Will Be Obliged To Ensure The Dismantling And Removal Of Containers, Including The Removal Of The Connections And The Location Of The Location To Its Original State.
