Holm Quarter Has Historically Been A Built -In Area In The Ülejõe District In Tartu. The Comprehensive Plan Of The City Of Tartu Foresees The Spatial Buildings Of The Recycling Of Holm Quarterly. In Order To Design A Comprehensive Building, The Tartu City Government Initiated A Detailed Plan For Holm Quarter. In Order To Find The Plan, The Tartu City Government Will Conduct A Design Competition To Find The Best Compiler To Prepare A Detailed Plan For Holm Quarter. The Winner Of The Design Competition Will Be Concluded For The Preparation Of The Detailed Plan.
