The Following Activities Are Included In This Order: Activity 1: Compliance Assessment With The Basic Requirements For The Works Referred To In Art. 169, Para. 1 And Para. 3 Of The Spatial Planning Act Of The Prepared Investment Project In The Working Phase. The Evaluation Shall Also Be Prepared In Compliance With The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 10 And Para. 11 Of The Spatial Planning Act, For This Purpose, The Contractor Provides Execution In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 142, Para. 10 And Para. 11 Of The Spa. Activity 2: Completion Of Construction Supervision During Construction.
