Medical Practice Services-Mono-Attribute Framework Agreement Relating To Management, Checks, Reviews, And Expertise In Terms Of Illness, Work Accident Or Occupational Disease Of The Staff Of The Wallonia Public Service And Various Organizations Of Public Interest That Depend On The Walloon Region. The Subject Of This Framework Agreement Aims At Services Relating To Management, Control, Opinion And Expertise In Disease, Work Accident Or Occupational Disease Of The Staff Of The Wallonia Public Service And Various Public Interest Organizations Dependent On The Walloon Region. Description Of The Services To Be Executed: For All Staff Members (Statutory And Contract Workers): - Management Of Medical Certificates; - Carrying Out Medical Checks For Absences For Illness, Work Accident Or Occupational Disease; - The Realization Of Medical Expertise Relating To The Recognition Of A Serious And Long -Term Disease For The Granting Of The Return Quotas Of Disease And Disease Without Medical Certificate; - The Issuance Of Permissions Abroad During An Incapacity For Work, - The Delivery Of Opinion On Systematic Control, - The Realization Of Medical Expertise In Order To Determine Whether An Absence Is Consecutive To Moral Or Sexual Harassment Or To Facts Of Violence At Work, - The Delivery Of Opinion On The Granting Of Telework When Health Reasons Justify That The Worker Performs More. Is Regulatoryly Allowed Or What Is Provided In Its Telework Authorization. For The Statutory Statutors: The Completion Of Medical Examinations Prior To The Resumption Of Part -Time Work For Health Reasons (= Delivery Of Opinion On Reduced Services For Medical Reasons) As Well As The Realization Of Expertise Relating To The Recognition Of A Serious And Long -Term Illness In The Context Of Availability For Illness. As Well As All The Related Tasks Necessary For The Realization Of The Object, Namely The Management Of Work Incapacity (Example: Realization Of Statistics). These Services Are Grouped Into 4 Positions Or Missions With Prices That Can Be Separate (See Appendix 2: Inventory) Which Correspond To The Services To Be Performed Within The Framework Of This Market, Namely: 1. The Encoding Of Medical Certificates; 2. The Completion Of Medical Checks For Absences For Illness, Work Accident Or Occupational Disease, 3. The Completion Of Medical Examinations Prior To The Resumption Of Part -Time Work With A View To Delivery Of Advice On Reduced Services For Medical Reasons, The Issuance Of Residence Permits Abroad And The Delivery Of Opinion On Systematic Control As Well As On The Granting Of Telework; 4. Expertistments For The Recognition Of A Serious And Long -Term Disease Or A Moral Or Sexual Harassment Or Work Violence Of Which Results In Illness. In Addition, In Some Cases, The Controller Doctor Must Participate In The Arbitration Procedure If The Latter Is Activated By The Staff Member.
