The Order Covers The Following Activities: - Implementation Of Construction Works, Including The Delivery Of Raw Materials, Mechanization, Workforce And All Services And Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Approved Technical Project And Quantitative Account; - Activities For The Commissioning Of The Site; - Guarantee Liability For The Periods Of Warranty Periods Offered By The Contractor For The Different Types Of Construction Works, Facilities And Construction Sites, In Accordance With The Conditions And Requirements Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 31.07.2003 For The Commissioning Of The Works In The Republic Of Bulgaria And The Minimum Warranty Periods For The Completed Construction And Construction Works, Facilities And Construction Works. The Site Has An Approved Investment Project And Issued Construction Permits. The Complete Scope Of The Public Procurement For Each Of The Lots Is Described In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Documentation For Participation.
