The Subject Of The Contract Covers The Periodic Deliveries Of Bread And Pasta For The Needs Of The Bukovets Dg, Hereinafter Referred To As Goods And/Or Products, In Accordance With The Technical Specification And The Specimens Of A Technical And Price Offer-An Integral Part Of The Documentation. The Execution Of All Deliveries On The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Made After A Preliminary Request By The Director Of The Kindergarten Bukovets In Troyan Or By An Authorized Person. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Realized, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor Are According To: The Draft Contract; The Technical Specification; The Technical And Price Proposals Of The Contractor. The Offered Foodstuffs Should Not Contain Genetically Modified Organisms (Gmos) Under The Food Act. Food Products Must Be Accompanied By Certificates Of Origin, Quality Certificates.
