According To Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Contracting Authorities May Assign Separate Positions In The Order Valid For The Individual Estimated Value Of Each Of Them, Provided That The Value Of The Relevant Lot Of Position Does Not Exceed Bgn 156 464 For Supplies And Services And Bgn 1 000 000 For Construction, And The Overall Prediction Of The Enforceable Positions.
