Tenders are invited for Installation of monitoring wells and production wells Eligibility of Tenderer: 1. Attested copy of the updated and renewed trade license in the name of the organization. 2. Attested copy of the updated e-TIN certificate in the name of the organization. 3. Attested copy of the VAT registration certificate in the name of the organization. 4. Attested copy of the national ID card of the owner of the organization. 5. Company brochure/ profile covering company expertise, strength and experience 6. Proof of financial solvency (Bank Solvency Certificate) in favour of the organization. 7. Original receipt of the tender (schedule) purchase. 8. Certificate of relevant experience. 9. Attested copy of the proof of income tax return submission for the financial year 2023-24 in favour of the organization. 10. At least 03(Three) projects completion certificates/testimonials related to the installation of monitoring well / exploratory drilling/ tubewell/ deep tubewell/ submersible well or similar works. 11. The tenderer must demonstrate prior experience in the successful installation of at least 50 monitoring wells/ exploratory drilling/tubewell/deep tubewell/ submersible well or similar works, each with a minimum depth of 50 meters or more. Brief Description of Goods or Works: Installation of total 372 Monitoring wells (150 x 50 mm) at different depth where 168 Monitoring wells at 200-meter depth; 42 Monitoring wells at 300-meter depth; 162 Monitoring wells at main aquifer depth (80-100 m) all 50 mm diameter with E class upvc pipe and 10 production wells with 600 x 400 mm diameter where housing size 300 x 200 mm with E class upvc pipe in 10 districts of the North-Central Hydrological Regions of Bangladesh. Brief Description of Related Services: By nature, this Non-Consultancy Service is exploration drilling work related to water modeling A detailed description of the performed services/works will be found in the PSN Document. As per instructions of the ITT clause 15.1 of the PSN 2019 Tender Document, No Joint Venture shall be permissible under this invitation for tenderers. Tenderers submitted in the form of JV shall be considered non-responsive. Tenderers are requested to read and thoroughly understand the tender documents before submitting their tenders.
