Construction Supervision Services - Supervision Services For The Works Related To The Investment Objective: „Rehabilitation Of The Degraded Areas Inside Micro -2, 3 And 4 Of The Govăndari Neighborhood And The Calea Caransebeșului -Munipiul Reșița - Component C - Rehabilitation Of The Degraded Areas Located Within The Microraion 4 Of The Govârii Cart. 335031. The Period Of Providing The Supervision Services Will Completely Cover The Duration Of The Execution And Guarantee Of The Works Contract. The Total Duration Of The Activities Involving Supervision Is 18 Months (Execution Of The Works) To Which The Warranty Period Of At Least 36 Months Is Raised. The Duration Of The Supervision Services Will Completely Cover The Duration Of The Works Within The Works Contract, Plus The Guarantee Period That Constitutes An Evaluation Factor Within The Open Tender Of Works And Is Not Known At The Time Of The Launch Of This Procedure. The Working Days Allocated To The Experts Must Take Into Account The Period Of Execution Of The Contract, The Period That Is The Subject Of The Supervision Services Within The Project. The Actual Start Date Of The Execution Contract Works Within The Project, As Well As Its Period, Depend On The Period Of Carrying Out The Public Procurement Procedures.
