Tenders are invited for Provision of Office Cleaning and Fumigation Services on a Two Years Contract (Reserved for Agpo-Women) Bid Prices Quoted should be Inclusive of All Costs and Taxes and shall Remain Valid for (150) One Hundred and Fifty Days from the Date of Tender Opening. 9. The Tenderer shall Chronologically Serialize All Pages of the Tender Documents Submitted. 10.Tenders will be Opened Immediately after the Deadline Date and Time Specified above or Any Deadline Date and Time Specified Later Experience of the firm: i) Provide five (5) relevant similar projects/contracts done with State Corporations/similar private establishment for the past five (5) years (2marks x5=10) (Attach recommendation letters addressed to the CEO KNEC evidence) ii) Prepare a schedule for the five (5) similar projects/contracts indicating the following: - Name of the client - Contract value - Contract period (attach certified copies of contracts/agreements or LPOS/LSOS as evidence) Financial evaluation criteria. Under this criteria the Council shall rank the responsive tenders from the lowest to the highest. The financial evaluation will be based on the lowest responsive evaluated cost basis.
