Scope of Work The selected trainer/service provider will: - Design and deliver two in-person workshops focused on enhancing production within agri-food and agriculture-oriented MSMEs, with content customized according to enterprise size. The first workshop will serve 10 micro enterprises over 4 hours, and the second will cater to 20 small and medium enterprises over 5 hours. - Develop and submit the training agenda and supporting materials. - Conduct two to four one-on-one hybrid clinics (online and/or in-person) for approximately 25 MSME. - Coordinate with MDSF to identify which clinics will be held on-site at the MSMEs premises and to determine the number of sessions allocated to each MSME. - Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure knowledge gained. - Submit a final report summarizing training outcomes, clinic insights, and key recommendations.
