The areas of operations cover mainly Waghmera, South Wollo, North Wollo, North Shewa, Oromia Leyu Zone, Wollaita zone in Amhara, Oromiya and Southern Region. SHA hereby invites eligible and qualified bidder to submit a Bid to this invitation to Bid.
