The Scope Of The Order Includes The Specification Of Terms Of Order Terms. (Hereinafter Referred To As Swz) Together With Attachments, And In Particular The Model Contract Containing The Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Which Constitutes Annex 5 To Swz. Logistics And Transport Facilities Should Be Located On An Area That Will Enable The Emergency Application In Accordance With The Content Of Annex 5 To Swz.
