The Detachment Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In Annex 3 To Swz - Draft Contract. 3. The Designed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Including Allowing The Terms Of Its Amendment, Were Concluded In The Contract Template, Constituting Annex 3 To Swz. 4. From The Contractor, Whose Offer Will Be Recognized By The Employer As The Most Advantageous Offer, A Contract As A Content Consistent With The Contract Formula And An Offer Submitted By The Contractor Will Be Concluded. 5.
