Data-Processing Machines (Hardware)-Optimization Of The Data Environment In Zambia In The Context Of The Slim Project. This Public Contract (Vz) Will Be Implemented Within The Slim (Sustainable Landscape Through Integrated Management) Project, Which Is Implemented By The Czech Development Agency From October 2023 To September 2027 And Co -Financed By The European Union. Its Aim Is To Introduce The Approach Of Integrated Landscape Management (Ilm) And Contribute To Increasing The Resistance Of Ecosystems And Conservation Of Biodiversity In Zambia Using Freely Accessible Satellite Data In Areas Such As Forestry, Agriculture, Water Management Or Environmental Protection, Including Predictions And Damping The Devastating Effects Of Natural Catastrophe. In Particular, This Contract Will Contribute To The Fulfillment Of The Slim Project Called Provision Of Adequate Technological Capacities, Tools, Data Access And Geospatial Data Storage Infrastructure For The Crucial Domains. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is A Comprehensive Solution, Which Includes The Supply Of Hardware And Software For 12 Project Recipients In Zambia, While The Software Is A Combination Of Commercial Solution And Its Configuration And Open-Source Solutions That Will Need To Implement And Program According To The Requirements Of One Of The Zambian Recipients. Hardware Delivery Includes Servers, Disk Fields, Desktop Pcs, Laptops, Scanners, Drones, Gps Devices. This Vz Aims To Design And Implement A Robust, Centralized, Safe And User -Friendly Gis Solution For A Total Of 12 Public Administration Institutions, Including Their Decentralized Components In Order To Enable Sophisticated Data Analysis, Comprehensive Data Collection And Data Editing Processes As Well As Informed Decision -Making. One Part Of This Solution Is Based On Technologies From Esri (Platform Arcgis) And Backed By The Local National Remote Sensing Center; Nrsc), Which Will Be The Arcgis Enterprise Advanced License Remote Advanced. Database Server), Installation Of Repairs (Patch), Ensuring Compliance With Licenses, Constant Connection, Making The Necessary Data Backups, Etc., But Also Provides Support For Other 9 Stakeholders, Including Building Their Capacities And Providing Expert Services For Importing And Transforming New Data Into Central Geodatabase. The 9 Stakeholders Will Then Edit And Analyze Their Own Data Through Arcgis Licenses For Basic And To Share Them With Map Services Or Publish Using Map Applications. The Second Part Of The Solution Is Based On Open-Source Technology Identified By The Participant Of The Tender As The Most Suitable, Dedicated To The Forestry Department (Fd) Of The Ministry Of Green Economy And Environment (Ministers Of Green Economy And Environment), And Launders The Basis For Robust Solutions To Systematic And Technologically Advanced Data Collection And Map.
