COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Bidders are to obtained tender documents from the office of the Director of Procurement, Federal College of Education (Technical), Potiskum at a non-refundable tender fee of Ten thousand naira (10,000) only payable to Federal College of Education (Technical), Potiskum in bank draft. A copy of payment receipt must also be attached to financial documents 5. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies of the technical bid and financial bids with softcopy of financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or [Financial Bid]. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to The Director of Procurement, Federal College of Education (Technical), Potiskum, No 135, Mohammed Idrissa Way, P.M.B 1013, Potiskum, Yobe State, Nigeria and clearly marked with (the name of the project and lot no). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box at the Procurement Unit, Federal College of Education (Technical), Potiskum not later than 12:00 noon on Friday, 16th May, 2025. 6. OPENING OF BID DOCUMENTS The technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at the College Board Room by 12:00 noon on Friday, 16th May, 2025 in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Please ensure you signed the bid submission register as the Federal College of Education (Technical), Potiskum will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
