Prequalifications are invited for Construction and Provision of Surveillance Illumination in Security Challenged Areas Within North West Zone 5.2 Category C: Prequalification and Expression of Interest: Prospective Bidders are to submit Pre-qualification and Expression of Interest documents for each desired lot in two (2) hard copies each of the Technical Bids packaged in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as Technical Bid and Addressed to the Director General, National Water Resources Institute, Mando Road, Kaduna and clearly marked with the Name of the Project and the Lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should have the name and address of the bidder and should be deposited in the Tender Box at NWRI, Mando Kaduna, not later than 12.00 noon on Monday, 28th April, 2025. 6.0 OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS 6.1 The Technical Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for the submission by 12.00 noon on Monday, 12th May, 2025 at the NWRI Board Room in the presence of Bidders or their representatives, while the Financial Bids will be kept unopened.
