It Is A Repeated Public Contract, And In The Previous Tender (System Number In Nen: N006/24/As A V00017544), Which Was Divided Into 3 Parts, The Contracting Authority Has Already Given Part 2 And 3 Public Contracts To Selected Suppliers. The Subject Of This Repeated Public Contract Is Therefore Only The Original Part Of The 1 Public Contract - The Purchase Of Media Space On Tv And Radio. The Detailed Definition Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Including The Technical Conditions In The Details Necessary For The Processing Of The Offer, Is Given In The Annexes Of The Tender Documentation. The Contracting Authority In Accordance With § 131 Et Seq. The Zzvz Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Participant, Whose Offer Will Be Evaluated As The Most Advantageous In The Tendering Procedure, For The Period Specified In The Tender Documentation.
