Engineering Services - Conversion And Renovation Of A Catering Business (Waldidyll) Westerland/Sylt - Services Of Technical Equipment, Alg 4 And 5, Lph. 1-3, 5-9 In Accordance With Sections 53 Ff. Hoai. The Waldidyll Is A Historical Catering Location With A Tradition Of Approx. 100 Years Within A Forest Area (So-Called Friedrichshain) In Westerland/Sylt. The Previous Use As A Catering Operation Should Be Preserved. The Attic Is To Be Expanded Into An Operator Apartment. In The Course Of The Renovation Of The Original Main Building, Structural Systems Takes Place Considerably. The Planning Provides For The Numerous Approved Extensions To Tear Off And Only Leave The Historic Building. A Small New Building With Approx. 80 M² Gross Floor Area (Bgf) On The Ground Floor Is To Be Grown On This, In Which The New Kitchen With The Prescribed Changing Room And Social Spaces For The Personnel, As Well As The Cold Rooms Including Ventilation Technology Are Primarily. The Attic Of The New Extension With Around 60 Sqm Ggf Is To Be Connected To The Dg Of The Historical Part Of The Building In Order To Enable A So -Called Operator Apartment In The Complete Dg. The Bgf Of The Historic Part Of The Building Is Around 140 Sqm On The Ground Floor And Around 100 Sqm In The Dg. The Planning Concept Was Coordinated With The Authorities Involved (Lower Building Inspectorate, The Lower Nature Conservation Authority And The Lower Forest Authority) And Is Fundamentally Approved. Due To The Special Location In A Forest Area (No B-Plan; §35 Building Outdoors), The Special Public Interest In The Construction Work In The Outdoor Area Had To Be Presented In Order To Be Able To Implement A Forest Conversion As A Prerequisite For A Building Permit. The Required Application For Approval For The Conversion Of Forest Into Another Type Of Use In Accordance With §9 Lwaldg Is Submitted. A Potential Analysis Under Species Protection Law Has Also Been Developed. Both Were Approved By The Providers Of Public Issues So That The Approval Planning Can Be Carried Out. The Costs Of The Project (Kg 300+400) Are Currently Estimated To Be Gross On The Basis Of A Feasibility Study At Around € 1.2 Million. The Milestones For The Implementation Of The Project Provide For:-The Start Of Performance Planning Approx. Early 3Rd Quarter 2025. The Following Services (Step By Step) Are Intended: Scope Of Contract Services Of The Technical Equipment Elt, System Groups 4 And 5, Service Phases 1-3, 5-9 First, The Service Phases 1-2 In Accordance With §§ 55 Hoai Are Commissioned In The 1St Order Level. The Service Phases 3 And 5-9 Are Gradually Called Up. There Is No Legal Obligation To Order.
