1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of The Necessary Construction Works, Including Design And Executive Works Consisting In The Implementation Of The Bms Management System. Dr Rafał Masztaka Sp. Z O.O. In Warsaw In The Formula Design And Build. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Development Of Project Documentation Including The Implementation Of Installations Related To The Installation Of The Bms System; 2) Implementation Of Electrical And Network Installations; 3) Execution Of The Necessary Construction Works; 4) Supply And Assembly Of The System; 5) Execution Of Works Related To The Installation Of The Bms System, 6) Integration With The Energy Management System In The City Of Warsaw (Imperius® Software); 7) Training Of Employees Of The Contracting Authority In The Field Of Operation And Service Of The Bms.3 Building Management System. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Terms Of The Development Of Project Documentation And The Required Parameters Of The Bms Building Management System Was Specified In Annex 2A To Swz-Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In Annex 2B To Swz-Pfu (Functional And Utility Program).
