1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works In A Building Belonging To Marr S.A. Located At Ul. Zakopiańska 58 In Krakow. The Works In Question Will Consist Of: Demolition Of Partition Walls, Construction Of New Partition Walls, Dismantling Of Door Leafs, Widening The Door Openings Along With The Assembly Of New Frames And Doors, Breaking Old Floors, Making New Floors, Painting, Dismantling Old Lamps, Assembly Of New Lamps To Make 230/400V Electrical Installations, Transmission Of Water And Sewage Installation. Alarm. The Contractor Will Include Inserting The Door (Including Fire) With Patent Locks, Delivery And Installation Of Kitchen Furniture With Buildings. The Building Is Included In The Municipal Register Of Monuments, As Part Of The Building Of The Krakow Sodowe Solvay Sodowe. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz.2. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Contract In The Scope Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Contract, If The Performance Of These Activities Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 277, I.E. Detailed Requirements For The Implementation And Enforcement Of The Employment Requirement On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Were Specified In The Template Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz.3.1 During The Implementation Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Is Entitled To Perform Inspection Activities Against The Contractor Regarding The Fulfillment Of The Employment Requirement By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under The Employment Contract Indicated In Point 7 Of The Activities. The Contracting Authority Is Entitled In Particular To: A) Requests For Documents In The Scope Of Confirmation Of Compliance With The Abovementioned Requirements And Assessing Them, E.G. Authenticated Copies Of Employed Employment Contracts (Deprived Of Personal Data Of Employees, With The Exception Of The Name And Surname, Date Of Conclusion Of The Employment Contract, Type Of Employment Contract, Full-Time Dimension), Statement Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor On Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing Activities Containing Activities Containing Elements Of The Employment Relationship Or The Certificate Of The Competent Zus Department Confirming The Payment Of Contributions Social And Health Insurance For Employment Under Employment Contracts, B) Demanding Explanations In Case Of Doubt In The Scope Of Confirmation Of Compliance With The Abovementioned Requirements, C) Conducting Inspections At The Place Of Performance.
